About Us

We have 2 condos which feature 2 bedrooms, & 2 baths, located on the 2nd & 4th floor of the most desirable location of OOB, The Grand Victorian. These beautiful condos are located in the heart of the Historic Old Orchard Beach and sits on the edge of the beach! 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos feature hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, granite counter-tops, an enormous 40 ft balcony, cable, flat screen TVs, WI-Fi, central air, an indoor pool, workout room and more! Handicapped accessible and close to the elevator. The space Weekly Rentals are Saturday / Saturday in the summertime. Check in: 3pm EST and Check out: 11am EST Weekend rental availability upon request. Extended monthly winter leases also available upon request.

We had a great stay at this unit! It was updated and very clean and the pictures represented it well. We loved the very close proximity to the beach and the fact we had a reserved parking spot. Stephanie was easy to communicate with and was very responsive to all emails. Derek was there to meet us at the unit to give us the keys and help get us settled in which was a very nice touch. It was also great that the unit had beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use at the beach. We had an excellent stay.

From start to finish this was the best Air B and B experience my family and I had. Also, I don’t think there is a better place to stay at in Old Orchard Beach. The walk to the beach and carnival is only a few steps away. The owners really made this special for us when we told them we were celebrating our kids birthday. They gave them a beautiful surprise and gift which had us all shocked when we first arrived. Just really good people. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about visiting.

Great hosts. Very attentive and very helpful. The condo is clean, spacious, and the location provides easy short walk access to the beach. Old Orchard is centrally located within Southern Maine. This area is like Coney Island, w boardwalk, or Santa Monica Pier; carney like atmosphere, so its loud and crowded outside, though we heard no outside noise in the condo. Overall a great experience. Saw all ages in and around the area.

Great stay. Central location close to shops and the pier. Everything was clean and the hosts were the best!!!!! Would give them more stars if possible. Highly recommended and would stay again in a heartbeat!!!
